Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

At Panoramic Films LLC, we prioritize excellent service and effective scheduling for our valued clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness, we have established the following policy regarding appointment rescheduling and cancellations:

1. Rescheduling

a. Clients may request to reschedule their appointments without any cost up to 24 hours before the original scheduled date and time.

b. Each client is permitted to reschedule their appointment only once. After the initial rescheduling, further changes will not be allowed, and the client will be subject to the cancellation policy.

2. Same-Day Rescheduling

a. If a client requests to reschedule the appointment on the same day of the scheduled appointment, a penalty fee of $50 will be charged.

b. The difference in cost resulting from any upfront payments made by the client will not be refunded. Instead, it will be credited toward a future service.

3. Cancellations

a. Clients who cancel their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may cancel without any penalty.

b. Clients who cancel their appointments on the same day of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $100.

4. Text Message Communications

a. By scheduling an appointment with Panoramic Films LLC, clients agree to receive text messages related solely to appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, updates, service coordination, or other business-related communications.

b. Clients will not receive promotional or marketing text messages unless separate consent is provided.

c. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the client mobile carrier plan.

Please note the following important details:

* The rescheduling and cancellation policies apply to all types of appointments.
* Clients must communicate any changes or cancellations directly to our customer service team via phone or email.
* Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply.

For security reasons, our company does not offer cash refunds for appointment cancellations. If the deposit made by the client exceeds the cancellation fee, the remaining amount will be credited toward a future service.
