Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
At Panoramic Films LLC, we prioritize excellent service and effective scheduling for our valued clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness, we have established the following policy regarding appointment rescheduling and cancellations:
1. Rescheduling: a. Clients may request to reschedule their appointments without any cost within 48 hours of the original scheduled date and time. b. Each client is permitted to reschedule their appointment only once. After the initial rescheduling, further changes will not be allowed, and the client will be subject to the cancellation policy.
2. Late Rescheduling: a. If a client requests to reschedule the appointment after 24 hours have passed, a penalty fee of $50 will be charged. b. The difference in cost resulting from any upfront payments made by the client will not be refunded. Instead, it will be credited towards a future service.
3. Cancellations: a. Clients who cancel their appointments with at least 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50. b. Clients who cancel their appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $100.
Please note the following important details: - The rescheduling and cancellation policies apply to all types of appointments. - Clients must communicate any changes or cancellations directly to our customer service team via phone or email. - Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply.
For security reasons, our company does not offer cash refunds for appointment cancellations. If the deposit made by the client exceeds the cancellation fee, the remaining amount will be credited toward a future service.
